The Interflex Roll Storage Units are designed to compactly store your multiple rolls within a caged enclosure with a small footprint. From cart, to storage ... and back to cart, quickly and easily, with each storage space identified for quick manual or automatic roll retrieval.

Frames are welded tubular steel and angle iron construction and are bolted to the floor and building structure to insure safe storage of even your biggest rolls. Units can also be ganged together for even more stability.

Efficient linear actuators move the lifting arms easily into position to load or unload onto a roll cart, and store or retrieve a roll. Each lifting arm has interchangeable UHMW caps to accommodate various size journals and protect them from damage.

The carrier chain is made of high strength ANSI steel, double pitched with replaceable inserts that also protect the journals and roll face. The caliper style jaw closes on the journals at the top and bottom of the chain rotation to ensure stability of the roll.

Driven by a heavy duty drive motor and worm gearbox, the roller chain and sprocket drive system assures smooth operation and low maintenance for years to come. Other safety features include a "fail-safe" braking system that prevents unwanted movement in the event of drive chain failure.
